This Sprinkler System Service Contract authorizes Davidson Irrigation to perform maintenance, inspection, and service on your residential or commercial sprinkler system. We proudly offer several annual irrigation service plans designed to keep your lawn and landscape properly watered throughout the year.
Our trained irrigation technicians complete a comprehensive 6‑Point Sprinkler System Inspection, ensuring your system operates efficiently and delivers the correct amount of water during every season.
• Timer Inspection – Verify the controller is programmed for proper watering amounts • Timer Setup – Adjust watering times and days for seasonal efficiency • Valve Power Check – Confirm electrical power is reaching all irrigation valves • Rain Sensor Test – Ensure the rain sensor is functioning and shutting off the system when needed • Sprinkler Head Operation – Inspect all sprinkler heads for proper performance • Coverage Adjustment – Adjust heads for accurate spray patterns and full landscape coverage
All repairs are billed separately at current rates for parts and labor. Repairs are performed only after a full system inspection.
All irrigation service contracts are prepaid annually by check or credit card. Each maintenance agreement is valid for one (1) year and will automatically renew unless cancelled with a 30‑day written notice.
